Anyone who wants to buy or sell real estate or, on the other hand, wants to register that real estate (for any purpose) on one of the Public calls for energy renovation must have an energy certificate. To obtain an energy certificate, an energy certification must first be carried out. Energy certification is carried out exclusively by authorized persons, such as energy certifiers.
