Fostering ground source geothermal energy based energy refurbishments in the border area

 

PROJECT GOAL:

The Energy Institute Hrvoje Požar (EIHP) participates as a project partner in the GeoBuilding project, implemented under the Interreg VI-A Hungary–Croatia Programme.

The project aims to promote the use of geothermal energy and support energy-efficient building renovation in the cross-border region of Hungary and Croatia. It focuses on developing practical tools, methodologies, and solutions for preparing and implementing geothermal investments.

The project includes pilot actions, workshops, and knowledge exchange activities, aiming to strengthen cross-border cooperation and increase the use of sustainable energy solutions.
