On March 7, the eve of Women's Day, the XENA Woman of the Year in Energy award ceremony was held. The prestigious recognition is given by the XEnergy - Network for the Promotion of Women in Energy Transition to the woman who, according to the votes of the expert jury and the public, left the most significant mark in the energy sector in 2024.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The title of XENA - Woman of the Year in Energy was won Sanela Carevi\u0107<\/strong>, a technical director from Kon\u010dar, who significantly contributed to the energy industry and the energy transition with her strategic leadership, professional contribution and business successes.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the leading award, which was decided by both the expert jury and the public, XEnergy also awarded two awards with which they want to highlight women who are not in management positions but who contribute to the success of energy projects with their knowledge, work and innovation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The award for Excellence in projects and team management received Margareta Zidar <\/strong>from the Energy Institute Hrvoje Po\u017ear as the designer of the renovation of the Energy Institute building according to the nZEB standard (nearly zero-energy building), while the award for Technical and operational excellence received Martina Kufrin<\/strong> from the KOER company received for managing the monitoring center of the virtual power plant.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
