After a year of intensive work, the project \"Energy Transition and Climate Mitigation in Kosovo\", which was implemented from June 2025 to June 2026 for the LuxDev development agency in Kosovo, was successfully completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The project was implemented under the supervision of the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning of Kosovo. The Energy Institute Hrvoje Po\u017ear (EIHP), led by dr. sc. Marina Malinovec Pu\u010dek<\/strong> from the Energy Efficiency Department, made a significant contribution to establishing the foundations of the future system of inspections of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, aligned with the European framework of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delivery of two Qualifying Training Programs for HVAC Independent Experts <\/h6>\n\n\n\n

A particularly valuable part of this achievement was the excellent cooperation with Komtel Project Engineering, a software development company based in Kosovo, whose team developed the HVAC inspections module for the Electronic Platform for Energy Performance of Buildings (EPEPB) in Kosovo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
