Motus Media and ZGRADOnačelnik.hr are organizing a conference called "CO2 to 55 - Green Plan for Croatia", which will be held on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, in Hotel Zonar Zagreb. The partner country of this year's conference is the Republic of Slovenia and the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Zagreb, which will share their experience from Slovenia with the participants. The director of EIHP, Dražen Jakšić, is also participating in the conference and will introduce CO2 panels with a short presentation.
The conference raises questions about the energy renovation of real estate in the Republic of Croatia (apartment buildings, public and business buildings, and family houses) and the implementation of renewable energy sources. It gives answers how 32 billion euros will be spent by 2050.
They will talk about the state's guidelines, the readiness of the construction sector, the possibilities of (co)financing, and the views and solutions of the profession. The goal is to make experts and the general public aware of the needs and possibilities of decarbonization and how European rules will be implemented in Croatia.
