Data availability is the foundation for any good energy planning and energy policymaking. Without data, it is impossible to understand the state of energy systems, identify trends, or plan the development adequately.
Given the importance of having quality data in every sphere of economic activity, including energy, our actions are primarily focused on developing methods for collecting energy data, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports, surveys on energy consumption, and developing methods for producing energy statistics - including integrated energy balances, monthly statistics, price statistics, energy efficiency indicators, etc.

Data collection and preparation of the energy balance of the Republic of Croatia and at the level of counties, cities, and lower administrative units
Conducting surveys on the energy consumption in the final consumption sectors
Calculation of energy efficiency indicators
Assistance in adapting national statistical systems in other countries to international standards (IEA / EUROSTAT / UNSD)
