"The buildings need to be renovated and period!" is the message of PhD Vesna Bukarica, an expert in energy efficiency from EIHP, from the panel 'A well-organized building vs a well-organized apartment', which was held as part of the Ambienta fair - the 50th international furniture, interior design and related industry fair, on September 28, 2023, organized by the informative service ZGRADOnačelnik.hr.
Eminent experts and connoisseurs spoke about the rights and obligations of co-owners in buildings, how to solve problems and put the building in order. One example of a building under renovation, the EIHP building, was mentioned. The building is currently in the first phase of renovation to achieve nZEB standards, and the renovation is a part of the project to establish an nZEB training center.
