LEAP4SME is organising a high-level energy efficiency conference - "Energy Efficiency Policies: Increasing SME Sustainability", which will be held on July 4, 2023, in a hybrid format, in the European Parliament and online. The event is hosted by Patrizia Toia, (MEP), Vice-Chair of the Industry, Research, and Energy (ITRE) Committee.
The event will bring together policy-makers, national energy agencies, business associations and other key stakeholders in discussion about creating and implementing more effective energy efficiency policies for SMEs. It will be an opportunity to gather information from EU policy makers on the latest developments of the EED Recast and to better understand the role of industry, businesses and SMEs in the updated Directive.
