Vlatka Kos Grabar Robina, Senior Researcher at the Department of Energy and Climate Planning has successfully defended her doctoral dissertation entitled “Methodology for early preliminary energy balance development with partially available energy data” at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing University of Zagreb.
