Innovation is the core of progress, and inspiration is the driving force that encourages us to move forward. These values were central to the conference ChalLEANge - GALP 2023, the largest conference in the field of Lena, Digital, Green, and Leadership in Croatia, which took place on November 15 in Cinestar, in Z Center Zagreb, organized by Culmena, and gathered renowned multidisciplinary speakers and experts, presenting new trends, ideas and innovations that shape the new era.
With five halls dedicated to one of five key themes, the GALP 2023 conference hosted more than 50 speakers who shared their visionary perspectives with more than 500 attendees through interactive lectures, inspiring workshops, and engaging panels.
Matija Vajdić from EIHP, head of the Department for Renewable Energy Sources, Climate, and Environmental Protection, participated in the Green Hall on 'Green cities - sustainable architecture and urban planning.' "The most difficult thing is to make decisions; this is missing in all systems," said Vajdić briefly and clearly, talking about the processes and pace of reconstruction. He touched on the regulation, good examples from the neighborhood, and current renovation, transformation, and education projects implemented by EIHP, such as nZEB and ZEB4ZEN.
