We are pleased to invite you to the sixth "Thursday CREATivE Talks" webinar of the Interreg project CREATE! In the webinar we will discuss the importance of creating an Action Plan for Energy Sustainable Development and Adaptation to Climate Change (SECAP).
The webinar is intended for cities and municipalities, counties, companies, and individual experts who participate in the creation and implementation of adaptation and mitigation measures, as well as for all those interested in topics related to SECAP.
In this webinar, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the preparation of SECAP documents and experiences in implementing action plans on both sides of the Adriatic Sea, as well as learn about new tools for energy planning that can help us face the challenges of climate change.
Therefore, join us on Thursday, April 13, at 11:00 a.m. on the ZOOM platform and find out how to successfully prepare for the energy transition and actively act at all levels of management.
The lecturers are Tomislav Čop from the Energy Institute Hrvoje Požar (EIHP), Miljenka Kuhar from the Society for Sustainable Development Design (DOOR), Ph.D. Nikola Matak from the International Centre for Sustainable Development of Energy, Water and Environment Systems (SDEWES Center) and Ester Zazzero from the Municipality of Pescara (Italy). The moderator of the webinar is Ilja Drmač (EIHP).
The webinar will be held in Croatian and Italian, with simultaneous translation.

About the project
CREATE – „Climate RESponses for the AdriaTic rEgion" - Interreg IT-HR project is the result of cooperation between leading Croatian and Italian institutions and organizations operating in the field of climate research along the Adriatic coast. By sharing knowledge and experience with different target groups - from regional and local authorities, development agencies, academic and business communities, non-governmental organizations to the general public, the project contributes to establishing appropriate protection measures to deal with current and expected climate changes in the Adriatic region.
