On the specialized program of Croatian Radio's First Program, "Climate Challenge," broadcast on November 13, the guest was Margareta Zidar from the Department for Energy Efficiency of EIHP, also the main designer of the renovation of EIHP's office building to achieve nZEB standards.
Zidar spoke about the project of the comprehensive renovation of the Institute building and the works that lasted for a year, the changes that greeted the Institute and were introduced, the criteria that were met for classifying the building as almost zero energy, and the advantages and benefits of the comprehensive renovation. She also commented on the building sector in Croatia and pointed out that there is great potential for energy saving and this approach to renovation.
