Green Energy Transition: Are We (Too) Fast or (Too) Slow?

Dražen Jakšić, Director of the Hrvoje Požar Energy Institute, participated in the conference “Energy 2025 – A Vision of Croatia’s Energy Future”, which was held by Jutarnji List on Wednesday, January 29, 2025.

The Institute’s Director gave an introductory presentation at the conference entitled “Green Energy Transition: Are We (Too) Fast or (Too) Slow?”

The presentation provided insight into the state of the Croatian energy sector and the set goals, a comparison with the rest of the EU – where we are below and where above the EU average, the level of self-sufficiency and the investments needed to achieve the goals, and created a good basis for a constructive discussion at the following panels.
